Our Jobs Are Dream Eaters

A global identity crises stifling a vision of community cooperation

Well of course I don’t mean that everyone who has a job stop doing their job, what else what I mean to suggest with a daring title like that? For people to leave their job or transform it, but most probably, employers are uninteresting in hearing the potential positives of creative and mental health reform within the workspace.

This is not an article for those who really love their jobs so much but rather those who find if absolutely excruciating to tolerate any type of abuse at work as either normal, legal, and even necessary. One of the main abuses that currently goes on is standing on one’s feet for long periods without volunteered break that isn’t a one or two time 15 minutes. Capitalism sure has been making it profitable to get you to be ok with abusing yourself even at the cost of shareholder returns, but at this point who dare think of it as abuse when “that’s just the way things have been.”

We have exchanged the feudal lords and nobles of the medieval times to a much larger task-force that seems more justified than our unjust politicians. These mighty people can have the worst paying positions and still they have the dignity to manage people under the mission of customer satisfaction. So many of us think that the best working conditions must come from the top down and if somebody has an idea from the bottom it will be considered organically.

Many of us couldn’t even fathom the idea of making money through some mysterious path echoing creativity. When most people think of creativity, they think of artsy crafty knit-working expertise, but creativity is much more expanded than this. We have been taught that creativity really isn’t that important and the way society runs is based on necessity produced labor and with any free time left over you should be able to make or sell what you so please. Sure some people have been able to make a business on this, but how many?

The Fall of Intelligence

As goes human ingenuity, so goes the quality of human life, but what reports and education do we have on the consideration of creativity being the capstone to life itself, not just survival, but everything? According to the big boys that have chosen to be the decision makers of history, religion, science, and business have united inconspicuously to denounce the favor of creationsim or creativity. How so?

This trinity at the heart of humanity has paved some relative good in different distinct areas of human life, though religion can be a little more skewed to benchmark, they all still remain as humanities pillars of reason. Certainly if we go into our past involving more of religion, we can certainly see the work ethic that paved the social outlook for what was normal. As science has stepped up to the plate, we have a newly styled work ethic that may look a lot nicer, but on the inside, evidence might tell us it’s just costume.

People on subtle levels do realize that the expansion of cities and the construction of commercialized labor must return a high degree of revenue to leaderboard, as people know generally how money is spent in luxury and privilege not failing to see who has royalty. But the democratic working class offered a middle tier vision that everyone had the capacity to reach if they just worked hard so they can have quality securities and assets for life fulfillment.

But as the years stretched past y2k and on roared the engines of production, something very bitter grew unnoticed and that was the profit misallocation induced labor that people churned out decade after decade. Though there is little tone of the labor mistreatment amidst the media outlets and neighborhood communities, but there is beginning to be a screeching tone coming from the cyberspace, the cloud.

The Snowballing Internet Exposé

Already are there groups when added together easily adds up into the many millions that disapprove of everyday life in many points of debate. One is very much related to abuse but the other is a more subtle abuse related to income inequality. The perfect way to implement it is to just say good luck if you cannot find money and then try to out-compete social money sources so that you control most of the money, leaving those who may leave a shocking crisis.

But the internet is doing a rather interesting thing with providing people with educational materials that most schools and colleges do not offer. Sure it may not be scalable or practical in unison to the production paradigm of “do not question profit allocation”, but surely besides all the conspiracies, there is a motherboard of very interesting material describing the power of creativity mixed with identity. These two components go hand in hand, but we have only really taught one because certain elites knew what might happen if people receive both, which is surely why assassinations, indicted allegations, and smear campaigns have been a typical tool to prevent this.

But once the cat is out of the bag, who is to say that hundreds of millions of people won’t see something they aren’t supposed to see? Global warming is on the rise and as it is, people are slowly realizing that this might intrinsicly be linked to the holcaust of creative identity. Sure you can always find on the ranks of what’s trending various figures signaling creativity in so many ways, but in reality is attention baiting. This holographic creativity certainly has much fuel as twitch, tiktok, and content creators desire to become influencers of culture, hoping to convert view count to sponsorships to further undermine the people’s data.

But one thing is left for certain that though the idenity might be crumbling away for so many creatives, a newfound knowledge about what kind of beings are we are breaking lose into the domain of creationism. For the longest time we have looked at ourselves as puny and inconsequential pawns in a larger game for survival and pleasure, but now the tables are turning as people are discovering the hidden secrets that religion and science has been trying to put a lid on since the dawn of their existence.

Echoes of Economic Revolution are Sounding Off

Without debating the complete distraction of capitalism versus socialism that completely ignores the crying baby, I will just mention that this so called hidden identity that has been attempted to be erased from books and slandered from the world wide web is here. Yes indeed it is here but who can dare think it is while working their job that abuses them to the degree where they think that the abuse is alright, that masochism is sustainable? Only those who have not tolerated a critical degree of bondage will be able to conceive the unconceivable.

Does this mean you quite your job once you begin to tap into what this information is? Most definitely not if you believe that monetary stability comes from abusive parents. But even if you believe things should be different, it often isn’t enough to convince people their bills will all of a sudden get paid by them being all of a sudden creative. But hold on just a second what the F#*k is creativity in the first place if it’s not general understandings of throwing paint onto a canvas or molding a pot? It is the understanding that your life is not defined by this one life, but rather goes on. But somehow this doesn’t necessarily stop people from quitting their jobs.

Am I sure this is about quitting the job when you have no absolute trust in who you are, even though you may not be limited by the evolved monkey or the sinner of god approach? I am quite certain. “How can you say such a demoralizing and possibly destructive claim when that might threaten the survival of families and individuals to keep food on the table?” Because the majority of what is in place right now is doing exactly that and if we think we will be left clueless to who we are in spite of risking everything, this could be the icebreaker to a new world that fosters actual creativity, the creation of something, some idea, based from a deeper knowing of who we are as spiritual beings, not human beings.

Certainly many people have bought into the illusory game that we are not spirits and the source of money could not come from anything spiritual, but as in all times of catastrophe, we find paradigm after paradigm that everything we believe in changes. The science, the math, and even the reason may threaten everything I have said as being completely insane enough for mentally ill, but what say our leaders that fail to provide the necessary care for those who are mentally ill (abused, depressed, suicidal) starting from childhood? So what say of our world, our outlook, our social systems that conjure such a state? Nothing ever of honest nature… just more of the same twisting, justifying, and bullying.

So if there ever was a reason to support another life that could include your security and pleasure to be happy and healthy, it sure as well might be risky. But one thing can be certain that you wouldn’t risk your soul from being taken, for what is life without soul than to be replaced by the soul-less machine? This is no easy way nor answer to solving life’s problems but it is really the only risk that can generate en-masse disruption to a completely canivorous entity that never starves to death.
